PAYMENT INFORMATION
 

1. Payment Method

At the moment, we only accept bank transfer through BCA or Bank Mandiri account.
For BCA account: 3353013242. Account name: PT. Trinitas Mulia Abadi

For Bank Mandiri account: 120 000 7864742. Account name: PT. Trinitas Mulia Abadi

2. How to confirm payment

After payment has been done, simply click on “confirm payment” link. You will be asked to sign in with your current account.

After signed in, click confirm payment on my orders then select the order you have paid. Fill in all the details and done! You will received a shipping schedule and an email with shipment tracking code will automatically sent once shipment is done. 

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION
 

1. Shipping Method

We use JNE courier services for domestic shipment.
Note: currently, we are unable to ship internationally.

Please allow up to 1-5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities.

When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business days.

Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise and pack your order before we ship them on the next day.

We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been displaced with tracking information.

2. Shipping Schedule

Note:

i. Jakarta Area : Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after shipment.
ii. Outside Jakarta : Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days after shipment.

3. Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping nation wide for orders over Rp 200,000.
Under Rp 200,000, we charge the following:

i. Jakarta Area : Rp 5,000/kg
ii. Outside Jakarta : Rp 10,000/kg

4. Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • We do not take responsibilities in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
  • We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the track order links and call JNE customer service (0221-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
  • Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order (s).


5. Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been shipped via JNE, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. Your tracking information can be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
 

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact.

Refunds can be issued on purchases made online on leevierra.com only. Refunds are not accepted in Lee Vierra retail stores.

All garments are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the garment is faulty.
